This directory will contain the standalone library meant to replace the RenderScript Intrinsics. The work in this directory is not complete. To make the review process manageable, a series of smaller CLs will be reviewed and submitted. While it is initially built with Soong, the end goal is to move this to github once the work has been completed. This is a staging area for the reviews.
