WHAT IT DOES?

This is a Mediatek feature mainly required for VoiceEnrollment. This contains the helper files for interaction with SoundModel required for VoiceInteractionService enrollment.

HOW IT WAS BUILD?
===================
1. MTK_VOW_SUPPORT should be true.
