EXPLANATORY NOTICE: USE OF SOFTWARE WITHIN XCLIB AND THE CADENCE SDK

The xclib C/C++ library is provided under the terms of your license with 
Cadence Design Systems.  Portions of xclib incorporate software developed and 
owned by Dinkumware, Ltd. (the "Dinkumware Software").  Source code that 
belongs to Dinkumware is clearly marked by a copyright notice.  Cadence's 
license with Dinkumware permits the sublicensing of the Dinkumware Software to 
Cadence customers under the same terms as Cadence proprietary software.  You do 
not need any direct license with Dinkumware to use the Dinkumware Software 
provided in the SDK.  Xclib and the Dinkumware Software are not open source, 
you must have a license from Cadence or Cadence sublicensee to use this 
software.  

Xclib source code may be modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, or 
disclosed to third parties, provided however that you must preserve this Notice 
and all copyrights in the source files as provided to you in this SDK 
distribution if you are distributing and/or modifying the xclib source code. 

RESTRICTED RIGHTS: Use, duplication, or disclosure of the Dinkumware Software 
by the US Government is subject to the restrictions as set forth in 
subparagraph(c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software 
Clause as DFARS 52.227-7013 and FAR 52.227-19. Unpublished rights are reserved 
under the Copyright Laws of the USA. Contractors/Manufacturers are Dinkumware,
